How Titan collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information

This Privacy Policy describes how TITAN SUPPLY GROUP, INC. collects, uses, discloses and retains information through https://resolvefloor.com and https://titansupplygroup.com (collectively, the “Sites”). Titan operates both Sites and sells Resolve-branded products.
Information We Collect
Information you provide, including your first and last name, email address, telephone number, subject and message when you use a contact form.
Order and payment-reference information you provide when accessing a payment link, including an existing Titan order number.
Technical and usage information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser or device information, pages viewed, referring pages and interactions with Site features.
Business information received through ordinary customer communications, orders, account administration and customer service.
How We Use Information
Respond to inquiries and provide customer service.
Administer customer accounts, orders, payments, shipping, returns and product or freight claims.
Operate, maintain, secure and improve the Sites and understand how visitors use them.
Prevent fraud, spam, misuse and security incidents, and comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations.
The Sites currently do not offer a marketing-newsletter signup. If Titan adds one, enrollment will be voluntary and marketing messages will include an unsubscribe method.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Sites may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics, security and interactive features. Current services may include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google reCAPTCHA and Roomvo. Cookies and related tools may collect device, browser, IP-address and usage information and may disclose that information to the applicable provider.
Where a cookie-consent tool is presented, visitors may use it to manage the available nonessential-cookie choices. Browser settings may also block or remove cookies, but doing so may affect Site features. Titan does not control cookies placed on a third party’s separate website.
Contact Forms
A Site contact form may send the submission to authorized Titan personnel and Titan’s website service provider and may also save the submission, including the sender’s IP address, in the Site database. Titan uses this information to respond to the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records and protect the Sites from misuse.
Payment Processing
Customers are generally directed to TitanSupplyGroup.com for payment, although payment links may also be available through ResolveFloor.com. Payment links open a payment processor’s separately hosted website. Current processors may include PayTrace for credit-card payments and Heartland for ACH payments.
Credit-card and bank-account credentials are entered directly on the payment processor’s website. The Sites do not receive or store full payment-card or bank-account credentials. A processor’s collection and use of information is governed by its own privacy policy and terms.
Service Providers and Disclosures
Titan may disclose information to service providers that support its legitimate business operations, including website hosting, analytics, security, visualization, image delivery, fonts, email, cloud storage, business systems, IT management, shipping and payment processing. Current website-related providers may include SiteGround, Google, Roomvo and Smush. Titan may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with the individual’s direction or consent.
Titan does not sell personal information for money. If Titan’s practices change or applicable law treats a particular analytics or advertising disclosure as a sale or sharing, Titan will provide any notice and choices required by law.
Retention
Titan retains Site contact-form submissions and associated IP addresses for three years, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an active customer matter, transaction, claim, dispute, legal hold or other legal obligation. Other business records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and applicable legal, accounting and contractual requirements. When information is no longer required, Titan will delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it as appropriate.
Security
Titan uses reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls and managed security, encryption, patching and backup practices where appropriate. No website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or information about certain disclosures. You may also have rights concerning certain sales, sharing or targeted advertising. Titan may need to verify a request before responding. Titan will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Children’s Privacy
The Sites are intended for business customers and are not directed to children under 13. Titan does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Sites.
Third-Party Sites and Policy Changes
The Sites may link to third-party websites or services that have separate privacy practices. Titan is not responsible for those separate practices. Titan may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in its practices, service providers or legal requirements. The revised effective date will appear at the top of the policy.
