Shipping Policy
Shipping areas, order release, freight charges and delivery requirements
Effective date: August 10, 2026 · Titan Supply Group, Inc.
This Shipping Policy applies to orders fulfilled by TITAN SUPPLY GROUP, INC. and payments made through the Resolve Flooring website.
Shipping Area
Titan Supply Group ships throughout the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may be available by special arrangement and is subject to carrier availability, additional transit time, special requirements and additional freight charges. Customers should contact Titan before arranging shipment to Alaska or Hawaii.
Payment Processing and Order Release
Credit-card orders may be released once payment is approved. ACH payments may take up to four business days to settle. Titan may, at its discretion, release an ACH-paid order before settlement based on the customer’s payment history. Titan may hold an order until payment has cleared when a customer has a history of returned, failed or disputed payments.
Orders are prepared for shipment promptly after release. Actual carrier pickup and delivery timing may vary based on warehouse scheduling, product availability, carrier availability, destination, weather and other circumstances outside Titan’s control.
Freight Terms and Charges
Freight terms and charges are determined for each order and shown on the applicable quote, order confirmation or invoice. Any freight amount quoted before shipment may be an estimate and may be adjusted to reflect the actual freight cost at the time of shipping.
Delivery Changes and Additional Charges
Carrier redelivery fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be charged to the customer.
Titan does not ordinarily charge storage fees.
Titan does not ordinarily charge an address-change fee; however, if an address change causes additional freight charges, Titan reserves the right to charge those additional costs to the customer.
Inspection, Shortages and Misshipments
Customers must inspect shipments promptly. Shortages, misshipments and concealed freight damage must be reported within three calendar days after delivery.
Titan may, at its discretion, review a late shortage or misshipment claim when it can be verified through shipping records, photographs or other documentation. Acceptance of a late claim does not waive this reporting requirement for future claims.
Visible Freight Damage
Visible freight damage must be reported at delivery, before the driver leaves. The type and quantity of damaged material must be clearly noted on the Bill of Lading or delivery paperwork, which must be signed by both the driver and receiver.
A copy of the signed paperwork and photographs of the damage must be sent to Titan’s Shipping Manager or the customer’s sales representative on the same day as delivery. Failure to meet these reporting and documentation requirements may result in denial of the claim.
Product and freight claims are handled separately and are not standard returns.
